Helping EU trained professionals overcome cultural differences
The Clinical Research Job Insertion Program is developed in collaboration with the Clinical Research Training Center ‘CRA School’ to guide European trained Life science and Health/Allied health professionals in the highly specific scientific, business and cultural N. American environment.
The mission of CRA School is to facilitate the development of European trained professionals in Life sciences and Health/Allied health field who wish to work in N. America by leveraging the local expertise of a dynamic network of professionals and to help the participants think globally whilst acting locally and appropriately to the N. American context.
The program highlights common cultural differences between Europe and US and Canadian businesses that could become roadblocks for newcomers’ success, and provides as well as practical advices and practical assistance to foreign participants on developing a successful career in N. America.
It shares the strategic challenges that European trained specialists must be ready to face when moving to N.America and delivers specific advices and long term assistance, tailored to the specific needs of each participant.
